Therrall J. Haygood (a.k.a. "TJ") is a strong woman of faith and the CEO/founder of CSS, Confidential Search Solutions, an employment consulting and recruiting firm based in San Antonio, TX. She is my "older & only" sister. She is an active member at the Dellcrest Church of Christ and is known for her practical application as a bible school teacher and guest speaker for ladies' retreats. She is active in her community as a Board Member of The Alamo City Black Chamber of Commerce and an Ambassador for the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.
Personally, TJ has been married for over 28 years to Lt. USAF Retired Lt. Col. Angelo T. Haygood. They have two sons, Austin Haygood, a Captain in the USAF and graduate of Iowa State University in Aerospace Engineering and Tyler Haygood, a performing artist in NY and graduate of Pepperdine University in Music Theater. Her favorite quote is "What you think about you bring about," by retired school teacher, Marva J. Thompson, our mother.
